 Dantidurga (ದಂತಿದುರ್ಗ) (735-756 AD): Copper alloy coin  3.15 Grams. " Khadgavaloka"(ಖಡ್ಗವಲೋಕ ) was an epithet of Dantidurga, the founder of the Rashtrakuta dynasty.  He overthrew the rule of Kirtivarman II, the Chalukya ruler of Badami, and founded the imperial dynasty that would rule over the Deccan for three centuries.Obverse: Anthromorphic Garuda standing facing, with wings outstretched .
